On France’s day, let’s toast Orlando’s own Lady Liberty

Orlando has its own miniature Lady Liberty, perched on her pedestal across from Lake Ivanhoe, where she holds her torch aloft as drivers zoom by her on their way to Interstate 4.The story of how the statue came to be there appears on a plaque near it, as well as in other sources.
